Ground Floor
Large entrance hall with stone-flagged floor and storage for outdoor clothing and footwear. Padded wooden bench for use when removing your boots or catching your breath after a brisk walk.

The dining room is located off the kitchen and features a large farmhouse dining table that seats up to ten guests. Beamed wooden ceiling joists, a grand fireplace with log burning stove, and an authentic farmhouse dresser.
Fitted to the highest quality with granite work surfaces, the kitchen features a double sink with waste disposal, fridge freezer, range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The living room has a large seating area consisting of two sofas and two single chairs. The central focal point is the impressive fireplace with a log burning stove. The living room also has a large flat screen TV, farmhouse dresser, impressive artwork and access onto the outdoor terrace and gardens via double French doors.
A spacious bedroom with double wooden bed and adequate storage space within the built-in wardrobe. The room offers panoramic views towards Bolton Abbey and beyond. The en suite bathroom is bright and spacious with a toilet, wash basin, and a gorgeous shower over a roll top bath.
First Floor
The master bedroom is truly spectacular, with a gorgeous super king-size four-poster bed for you to relax in during your stay. The bedroom has plenty of storage space within a large antique wardrobe and adjacent dresser. The en suite bathroom complements the bedroom perfectly offering a spacious walk-in shower and delightful roll top bath with exquisite views.
Bedroom two has a spectacular panoramic view and two delightful single four-poster beds. Storage space can be found within a large walk-in wardrobe and the en suite bathroom is spacious and well-equipped, with a toilet, walk-in shower and separate bath all available.
Outside Space
The outside spaces around the cottage have been landscaped and built for you to enjoy the breath taking location and panoramic views. At the front of the cottage you can enjoy a large landscaped garden and stone-flagged terrace with a seating area in complete seclusion and peace.
The garden terrace also boasts a hot tub to enjoy with unspoilt views of Bolton Abbey and beyond. Adequate parking is available outside the cottage for up to four vehicles and a small outhouse is perfect for drying out clothes or storing wellies.
