How many guests can we invite?
We can seat between 30 and 70 guests for a formal wedding breakfast in the Dalzell Room. The Conservatory can seat up to 20 guests for a more intimate celebration.
We can cater for up to 100 for an evening reception.
Are the bedrooms included?
For Exclusive Use Weddings, we reserve all 16 bedrooms on the evening of your wedding exclusively for your party. If you wish to pass on the accommodation costs to your guests we will provide a room list and guests can pay for them directly on check-out.
The hotel will be all yours from 12.00pm until 10.00am the next day.

How do I book?
We can provisionally hold a date for you for 14 days. During this time, you should check availability with your chosen church or North Yorkshire Registrars (civil ceremony) and book your ceremony time.
To confirm your date with us, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 25% of the contracted amount is required, along with a signed contract.
