Enjoy an early morning walk through Strid Wood with Ian Court, learning to identify the song of different birds that call Strid Wood home.
Ian Court is the Senior Wildlife Conservation Officer for the Yorkshire Dales National Park. On 9 May, Ian will lead a guided walk during the first light in Strid Wood. As you follow the riverbank, Ian will help you recognise the songs and calls of the birds that fill the woodland in spring.
The walk runs on Saturday 9 May from 6.30am to 9.30am, starting outside the Cavendish Pavilion. Tickets are £25 per person, with parking available in Riverside car park from 6am.
